Ama-no-Hashidate, meaning the "Heavenly Bridge" in Japanese, is one of the "three most scenic sights" in Japan along with "Matsushima" or the "Pine Island" and the "Itsuku-shima" or the "Great Rock Island". It is a long sandbar planted with pine trees on the white sands. When you look toward the sight, you feel as if you were climbing a bridge on the ladder into heaven. That is the origin of the name of the sight. The guests can also see the panoramic scenery around it.

This site is recognized as on of the three great scenic sights in Japan. This is a long sandbar extending from the land to the water with greenery on white sands. This place has been frequently sung of in Japanese Haiku and poetry in addition to being portrayed in Japanese paintings.
This shrine has a divine favor for mate matching. It enshrines the dragon King considered to be related to the ocean and water.
This park is very popular because it has a famous "Crotch viewing feature" by which you can look up the bridge island upside down. This makes the bridge as if going up from the earth to heaven. You can have some dinner in the park if you may wish.

No disrespect to Yasuo, but my client had a very poor experience with him which caused me to have to issue a refund to the client for poor service, as she was very upset that he was not able to find the location. This did damage to my company's reputation, and my reputation as a travel agent. Again, no disrespect to Yasuo, but this is the experience we had. Nothing malicious happened, but the experience was not good or reliable for the client.
Yasuo was very prepared and on time for our day in Osaka. We asked to see and experience local flavor and historical sites. We could not be more pleased with the experiences he delivered . He is patient and answered all questions. We highly recommend him as your guide in Osaka .
Ms. Rosanne U. Thank you very much for your compliment on the tour you made. Please have a nice trip. Yasuo Tour guide
Our tour with Yasuo was very nice and organized. Yasuo was thoughtful to contact us at our hotel to confirm with us as my internet was not working well. He planned out our route well and it was a good overview for the time we booked with him. He is a very pleasant person to spend time with as a tour guide.
Ms and Mr Marks, Thank you very much for your thoughtful message. I was worried if the legs of Mr. Marks were OK in the last stage of your trip as he seemed a little tired. I am glad to hear your kind message. Thank you again and wish you an enjoyable life. Best wishes, Yasuo
Yasuo was an excellent tour guide. With an experienced local guide like Yasuo, we were able to see more sights than if we had toured Kyoto on our own...with the additional benefit of Yasuo’s insights about the places we visited. We also had an excellent lunch at a cool restaurant that we would have never found on our own. Also, Yasuo was very responsive to questions prior to our tour date. Feel comfortable that you will have a great tour experience with Yasuo.
Mr Don Wind Thank you very much for your kind compliment. I hope you have had and will have a good impression on Japan. Please continue your pleasant trip from now on. I hope we will meet again on your future trips. Thank you. Yasuo
