Fumiko went above and beyond to make sure our tour was exactly what we wanted. Her knowledge was excellent. There was lots of communication before the tour. We are older and move more slowly and she found every elevator so we could avoid stairs. I really recommend hiring a guide to get more out of your visit.
Thank you very much for your wondeful review️ I am really glad to hear that you and your members enjoyed the tour. I also enjoyed being with your group. I hope you will stay healthy and happy️ Best regards, Fumiko

Fumiko waited a long time for me to disembark a cruise ship. There was a lot of queuing and standing in light rain with thousands of other passengers. Fumiko was patient and polite and she recognised me ( from a photo) immediately. Fumiko is a very fit and knowledgeable guide. She came well prepared with maps and historic information. She was very thorough in explaining the train system to me. I highly recommend Fumiko and I look forward to seeing her again tomorrow for more of her good knowledge and expertise. Dear Karen, Thank you very much for your wondeful review. I was happy that I could find you soon at Daikoku Port. I had a good time talking with you. I hope you will enjoy the tour tomorrow. too! Best regards. Fumiko
Fumiko guided us for 2 days in Tokyo and Hakone. If we were staying longer in Tokyo, I would have hired her again for sure! Fumiko is very experienced and professional and is the most organized guide I have met. She had flow charts detailing the time it takes from site to site with public transportation. It was quite complicated taking trains/trams/cable car etc to arrive at Hakone.. but Fumiko managed it flawlessly. She worked very hard to make sure we are comfortable and showed us many beautiful and interesting places in both days explaining the significance of the places to us. She was very kind and showed concerns for my brother who has difficulty walking. We had 2 fantastic days with Fumiko!
Dear Widdy, Thank you very much for your wondeful review. I am really happy to receive such a fantastic review. I also enjoyed two days talking and traveling with you. I will never forget the tour with you. Please take care and I hope to see you again sometime in the future. Best regards, Fumiko
