We booked a custom tour to get us from our hotel in Tokyo to our hotel in Hakone. We could have taken the train but the tour allowed us to see the Mt. Fuji area on the way. We were picked up in probably the most luxurious and comfortable van I’ve even been in and made several interesting and beautiful stops throughout the day. Our driver was kind and attentive -we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great service at a competitive price. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience using this service. The day before we arrived our driver contacted us and let us know he would be watching our flight and would be waiting for us. On the day of arrival he was responsive to all my questions and even sent me images of where to find him so we didn’t get lost. Our driver was so friendly, a great driver, and made what could have been a hectic scramble to get to our hotel into a seamless and relaxing transfer from the Narita airport directly to our hotel in Tokyo. We were very unlucky that one of our ports of call to Mount Fuji was cancelled on our cruise. Within 48 hours I had managed to organise a private tour from Tokyo at 2 am in the morning to take us to see sunrise over Mount Fuji. The helpfulness and promptness of the response and answers to my questions made it very easy for me to book. The driver was an absolute gentleman and happy to take us to several viewpoints to try and see Mount Fuji. Highly recommend
