You will then proceed to discover the “Citta' Notabile”, the Noble City, it's medieval name which describes it best it was home then, as now, to Malta's noble families. You will see the impressive palaces, churches, and convents that line the narrow medieval streets. As you wind your way through the narrow streets you will be thrown back in time.
The neighbour's suburb Rabat is just a stone’s throw away. Here, we will wind our way through the old quarter and enjoy Maltese vernacular architecture. In Rabat you will stop at a local coffee shop where you will taste the most popular street food the pastizzi prior to reaching the core of this typical Maltese town.
